Who should take this course?

A PADI Dive Instructor course is a step onto a wonderful career in the dive industry.

Any divemaster who is interested in travelling the world to work in different places should consider becoming an instructor. You get the chance to share your passion for diving with everyone and get paid for it. You will broaden your horizons meeting new people, experience things you never even imagined and learn new languages while teaching.


As a PADI Divemaster, or equivalent certification from another training organization, you can enroll in our PADI Dive Instructor course
You must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be certified as a diver for at least six months
• Have 60 logged dives that include experience in night, deep and navigation diving to participate in the Instructor Development Course. You’ll need 100 logged dives to take the Instructor Exams
• Be fit for diving and submit a medical statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months
• Have proof of CPR and First Aid training within the last 24 months (The Emergency First Responder course meets this requirement)

 The IDC schedule is tailored differently according to the amount of participating instructor candidates. Our PADI Dive Instructor course is relaxed, fun and extremely effective. The course includes:

Price and what is included in the cost?

The price of the Instructor Development Course is 90000php and includes the PADI materials.
The PADI registration fees are not yet 
included in this price. This will set you back around 1286 AUD.
After u successfully finished the Instructor Examination there is of course the possibility to continue straight away with your MSDT Specialty Instructor training.
Once registered, you will receive all the materials needed to prepare for the theory of the instructor develop
ment course.

What's next?

After the IE you can continue by enrolling in some specialty courses so you on the IDC PADI Specialty Instructor training and the Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) internship, where you have the chance to team-teach with an experienced instructor. The MSDT course has been a springboard for many into successful careers in the dive industry, developing that initial experience that can look great on a resume.
